The Empower Foundation's goal for Operation: Empower Haiti is to team up with Partners in Health and provide Safety Kits to the women of Haiti who are facing the threat of sexual assault. The Safety Kits are tools for the women to use to protect themselves and get help, when needed.
The Empower Foundation, whose motto is "Empower today, Impact tomorrow ", was established in December 2010 with the intention of making positive impacts on communities that need them the most. Our founder, Kareen Riviere, Ph.D., strongly believes that anyone can make a difference, and when hands, hearts and heads come together, the possibilities are endless.
